Advanced Information Technology Responsibilities<br><br>- Lead multi?disciplined teams of experts that are assembled to understand business opportunities. Ensure appropriate design, solution integrity and quality are maintained.<br>- Conduct a needs analysis to assess, identify and understand business needs to complete various technical projects, enhancements and modification initiatives.<br>- Design appropriate complex information solutions by translating business needs into technical requirements that will satisfy business user requirements. Technical Analyst Duties:<br><br>- Responsible for the configuration and documentation of the environments used by TPT (e.g. Single-Sign-on Content Web Management, eCommerce, Imaging, ListServe, etc.) and all technical software including: (1) Monitoring production activities through review of usage statistics, error logs, and data collection and (2) Conducting performance tuning and capacity planning.<br>- Resolve and assist other support personnel in diagnosing difficult problems in new technologies. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.<br><br>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:1. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. 2. Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans. 3. Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. 4. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.<br><br>CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED: Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.<br><br>PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS: 1.
