General Summary:

Lead projects crossing multiple IT and business departments that plan, deploy, maintain, document and monitor current and new systems of HAP's Technical Environment and its interfaces for advanced technology applications. Using inputs from both internal and external resources, the Senior IT Architect will work with multiple areas to select technologies and assist in designing solutions focusing on introducing new technologies at HAP to meet business needs. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Advanced Information Technology Responsibilities

- Lead multi?disciplined teams of experts that are assembled to understand business opportunities. Design, develop and implement complex solutions to Partner business problems. Ensure appropriate design, solution integrity and quality are maintained.
- Conduct a needs analysis to assess, identify and understand business needs to complete various technical projects, enhancements and modification initiatives.
- Design appropriate complex information solutions by translating business needs into technical requirements that will satisfy business user requirements. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction when the project is completed.

1. Technical Analyst Duties:

- Responsible for the configuration and documentation of the environments used by TPT (e.g. Single-Sign-on Content Web Management, eCommerce, Imaging, ListServe, etc.) and all technical software including: (1) Monitoring production activities through review of usage statistics, error logs, and data collection and (2) Conducting performance tuning and capacity planning.
- Resolve and assist other support personnel in diagnosing difficult problems in new technologies. Mentor less experienced personnel on the new technologies. Act as Incident Owner for problems that appear to be new technology related for the technologies where they are responsible.
- Complete tasks related to IT capacity planning and architecture (including roadmaps, vendor surveys, principal, strategy & position papers, connectivity maps, etc.)

Qualifications

Education/Training Required:

This includes conducting primary and secondary research related to new and existing product offerings, collecting competitor information and performing potential market analysis scenarios related to the proposed initiative. Creating and maintaining a library of external information as well as programs to facilitate gathering of external information using both internal and external resources. - Manage and participate in the completion of internal data research and reporting including, but not limited to membership forecasting, and other specialized data requests.
- Maintain internal departmental databases and market research library. Run monthly administrative reports and organize and maintain departmental files.
- Support the sales department by completing employer specific data systems requests, utilizing specialized product and provider network changes as well as other customized miscellaneous projects.
- Manage the availability and accessibility of market intelligence for HAP senior leadership to assure it is utilized in a timely and efficient manner that meets senior leadership expectations.
- Provide support for qualitative and quantitative research used to evaluate market conditions and new product initiatives.
- Provide analytical support for other departmental projects as assigned.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor Degree required.

Experience

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, market research and survey research methods required.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in the health industry preferred.
- Experience with statistical analysis (SPSS) and relational databases preferred.
- Experience with database reporting tools preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office required.
- Health Plan functional knowledge preferred.

Visits assigned units to reorder medications for hospitalized patients, supply-requested narcotics, barbiturates, and gather unused medications. Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Department Director or Manager facilitates the maintenance and appropriate utilization of inpatient pharmacy automated dispensing systems. Works closely with pharmacy, nursing and other multidisciplinary teams within Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Associates Degree or Certification as a Pharmacy Technician required with a minimum of two years experience as an inpatient pharmacy technician. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:1. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. 2. Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans. 3. Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. 4. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED: Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
