Overview
With continued growth and high patient demand, Henry Ford Health System's Department of Pediatric Medicine is seeking a board certified/eligible Neonatologist physician to practice at Henry Ford Hospital and Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital.

Responsibilities
The Neonatology Division is a group of 5 Neonatologists covering 2 hospitals (Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit - Level 3+ and HFWest Bloomfield- Level 2.) Coverage HFH is during the day (8-5), and inhouse coverage during the night and evenings is provided by NNP's with one of the Neonatologists being on call from home. There are two other hospitals that the Division covers - HF Wyandotte and HF Macomb during the evenings and nights. There is a full time Neonatologist at HF Wyandotte and HF Macomb that provides day coverage and shares some of the on call time.
The Division does host medical students that rotate from Wayne State University and residents from Family Practice and Obstetrics.
The total delivery rate for the 4 hospitals is approximately 6200.
Qualifications
- Must be board certified/eligible in Pediatric Medicine.
- Must be completing or have completed a Neonatology Fellowship.
- Residency/Fellowship training by an ACGME approved program.
