Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the site Team Leader or Supervisor, performs PT evaluation and treatment, patient care duties as appropriate. Communicates effectively with patients, co-workers, physicians and other system employees as needed regarding patient care needs and adequately documents all aspects of patient care. Supervises/delegates to Assistants ATC's, and techs as appropriate. Completes necessary and accurate patient billing information.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited College or University
- Must be Licensed by the State of Michigan as a Physical Therapist or recent graduates who are within 90 days of obtaining licensure as a Physical Therapist is acceptable
- Field work experience or related experience as a Physical Therapist in either a sub acute, acute, out-patient setting is ideal
