Responsibilities
This is an academic position working at the new Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital - part of the 2011 Baldridge Award winning Henry Ford Health System. You will have a busy practice and be involved in clinical trials. Shared rounding (4-12 weeks a year) is expected of all staff. Teaching of residents and medical students is expected. Research interests can be accomodated.
Qualifications
Physician applicants must have graduated from a medical school program accredited by: (1) the Liaison Committee on Medical Education which is sponsored by the American Medical Association and the Association of American Medical Colleges, or (2) the Canadian Medical Association; or a College of Osteopathic Medicine approved by the American Osteopathic Association; or have successfully passed the ECFMG or equivalent qualifying examination.
The applicant must have completed an ACGME or AOA approved Neurology residency program, and be Board eligible or certified in his/her specialty. Regretably, we cannot support J1 waivers at this time. Fellowship training is required.
