Overview
Provides program coordination and clinical expertise for the Center for Joint Replacement. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to implement evidence-based practices. Needed skills include case management, exceptional customer focus, clinical background in orthopedics or surgery, application of learning theory, and teaching ability.
Responsibilities
- Provide program coordination and clinical expertise for the Center of Joint Replacement.
- Ensure the delivery of superior quality, service and cost-effective care.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of patient care
- Explore alternatives of care based on research findings and promote health principles through educational theories.
Qualifications
EDUCATION:
- BSN required. Masters degree preferred.
- Current RN license in the State of Michigan.
- 3-5 years of exp as a RN in a clinical setting.
- Clinical exp in orthopedics or surgery preferred.
