Role Overview

As a Clinic Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from check-in to check-out. You'll support clinic operations by managing patient registration, insurance verification, and financial responsibilities, while contributing to a culture of service excellence. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming environment and facilitating efficient clinic workflows.

What You Will Do

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and insurance verification.
• Handle cash collections and discuss general financial responsibilities with patients.
• Reconcile patient charts and manage discharge processes efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and clinic staff.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills, including navigating software, email, and logging in/out of systems.
• Ability to perform calculations and complete forms accurately.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, staff, and visitors.
• Demonstrated ability to work with detailed information and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with a clinic environment.
