About me

Hi, I’m Ashley Lineberry, a Director on the Talent Acquisition team at Henry Ford Health. I’m deeply passionate about purpose‑driven work, which is reflected in my entire career in healthcare and more than 10 years with Henry Ford Health.

At the heart of my work is leading and supporting teams that connect mission‑aligned people to careers where they can grow, thrive, and make a meaningful impact. Our team plays a role in changing lives every day—by creating thoughtful, human hiring experiences and helping candidates see how their work can truly matter.

I believe the best results come from strong partnerships, clear communication, and an unwavering focus on experience—for candidates, hiring leaders, and our teams. Building trust, aligning values, and helping people find the right path is what motivates me most.

Outside of work, I’m a huge Michigan sports fan. I draw a lot of inspiration from sports—teamwork, resilience, preparation, and alignment—all of which strongly influence how I lead and how I show up each day.
