Hi! I’m Estee Adery, and I’m passionate about connecting talented people with meaningful careers that make a difference. As a full-cycle recruiter, I enjoy building relationships with candidates and guiding them through every step of the hiring process—from our first conversation to their first day at Henry Ford Health.

With a background in customer service, sales, talent acquisition, and 15 years as an educator, I bring strong communication skills, empathy, and a people-first approach to recruiting. I believe every candidate has a unique story, and I’m committed to creating a positive experience while helping them find a role where they can grow and thrive.

I recruit for system-wide Security positions, as well as Patient Monitor opportunities at River District Hospital and Patient Registration Representative roles at Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital.
