About me

Hi, I’m Grace Greiner! I’m a Talent Acquisition Supervisor here at Henry Ford Health, and I’m passionate about connecting people to meaningful careers where they can truly make an impact.

My “why” is really about people and purpose. I help people find work they love—and help leaders find the people who make it all possible. I love being part of a team that brings the right people into healthcare roles where they can grow, feel fulfilled, and make a difference in their own way. In my decade with Henry Ford Health, I’ve seen firsthand how the right opportunity at the right time can completely change someone’s path and ultimately strengthen the care we provide to our patients and communities.

Outside of work, I’m a proud Central Michigan University grad—Fire Up Chips! I enjoy traveling around Michigan, especially Lake Michigan beach days and weekend getaways up north. At home, you’ll usually find me gardening, reading, or spending time with my family and cheering on my sons at their baseball and football games.
