Over the past several months with Henry Ford, I have had the privilege of recruiting for a wide range of healthcare positions, from Medical Assistants and Emergency Room Technicians to highly specialized roles such as Radiation Therapists and Cardiovascular Device Technicians. 

With over four years of experience in Human Resources and Recruiting, I have developed a people first approach centered on building genuine relationships, understanding individual career goals, and creating positive candidate experiences.
