I've always enjoyed helping people see possibilities they may not have considered for themselves. Whether it's exploring a new career path, developing a new skill, or approaching a challenge from a different perspective, I find fulfillment in helping others recognize their potential and discover new opportunities. 

As a Talent Selection Specialist at Henry Ford Health, I bring a background in Human Resources leadership, including 14 years in the automotive industry and five years of experience as an HR Manager. Since joining Henry Ford Health in October 2021, I've had the privilege of partnering with candidates and hiring leaders to build strong teams and create meaningful career connections. 

Today, I recruit for Cancer Services, Pediatrics, and Emergency Room Technician positions across Henry Ford Health's free-standing Emergency Departments. I enjoy helping candidates recognize how their skills and experiences can open doors to opportunities they may not have previously considered, while supporting hiring leaders in finding the right talent to strengthen their teams. 

I'm always looking for opportunities to learn something new, share knowledge, and build meaningful relationships. I genuinely enjoy exploring new ideas and finding ways to grow both personally and professionally. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, tackling home projects, decorating, and finding new ways to transform our yard into our own little paradise. Summer is my favorite season, and our home is filled with family, two dogs, a cat, and more fish than I ever imagined I would have!
