Meaghan is a Senior APP Recruiter at Henry Ford Health, bringing over a decade of experience in healthcare recruitment and connecting exceptional talent with meaningful career opportunities across the entire Henry Ford Health system. Based in Jackson, Michigan, she supports recruitment efforts across all locations within the system. She is passionate about building strong relationships, supporting candidates throughout their journey, and helping shape the future of healthcare teams.

A lifelong Jackson resident and Spring Arbor University graduate, Meaghan is deeply committed to her community and was honored as a recipient of the Jackson 30 Under 30 award. She has also been actively involved with the Michigan Recruitment and Retention Network since 2014, serving as a board member from 2018–2025.
