Hi, I'm Carrane (Cara-Nay) Dillard, Talent Selection Specialist supporting Nursing recruitment at Henry Ford Health's Rochester location. I recruit for nursing positions within our unionized environment and bring experience recruiting across both union and non-union organizations. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Employment & Labor Relations with a minor in Business Administration from Wayne State University and am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership.
