With 15 years of experience partnering with the Nursing Leadership Team at Henry Ford Jackson Hospital, a 412-bed, Level II Trauma Center and Magnet-designated organization, I am dedicated to attracting and retaining exceptional nursing talent. As a Nurse Recruiter, I focus on identifying and connecting the best Nurse Externs, Graduate Nurse Residents, Registered Nurses, and Nursing Leaders with opportunities that support both their professional growth and the organization's commitment to excellence.

My passion for healthcare recruitment was strengthened during my time as Director of Membership Services with the Michigan Health Council, where I developed a deep appreciation for the nursing profession and the impact of strategic workforce initiatives. Throughout my career, I have been driven by building meaningful relationships, creating innovative recruitment strategies, and helping to build strong, high-performing teams.

Outside of work, my greatest joy comes from spending time with my husband, kids, and close friends, who are the foundation and heart of who I am. And, of course, our Old English Bulldog, Georgie, who is truly the chaos creator of the family.
