I’m fortunate to recruit nurses for Henry Ford Providence Southfield, a role that allows me to connect with amazing healthcare professionals every day and help them find opportunities where they can grow and make a difference. 

What makes my work even more meaningful is that my daughter is also an RN within the Henry Ford Health system. Seeing Henry Ford through a dual perspective as a recruiter and a mom has given me a genuine appreciation for the dedication, compassion, and teamwork that our nurses bring to work every day. 

I love getting to know candidates, hearing their stories, and helping them navigate the next step in their careers. Whether it's a new graduate looking for their first nursing position or an experienced nurse seeking a new opportunity, I enjoy being a resource and helping people find the right fit!
