I support corporate recruiting of non-clinical business operations and case manager roles for Henry Ford Health’s value-based care brands: Health Alliance Plan by Henry Ford Health, Populance, and Mosaic Clinically Integrated Network.  I also support campus recruiting and the selection process for a college summer intern program coordinated by Health Alliance Plan. 

As a strategic talent architect building the future of healthcare, I enjoy my role as a career curator.  Getting the opportunity to be a dot connector between Hiring Managers, role requirements, and talent experience/potential provides a great deal of satisfaction.  It’s rewarding to see people get opportunities to grow personally and professionally.  

I was drawn to Health Alliance Plan and Henry Ford Health by the commitment to giving back to the communities in which they serve.  There are so many people in clinical and non-clinical roles striving to provide equitable access to healthcare.   It’s also impressive to see so many tenured employees who deservedly take pride in the years of service they have with the organization.
