I support recruitment efforts for non-clinical nursing support staff across Henry Ford Health’s Detroit and West Bloomfield locations, in addition to recruiting for Support Services and Respiratory Therapy roles at West Bloomfield. In my role, I partner with leaders and candidates to identify talent, build strong teams, and connect individuals with opportunities where they can make a meaningful impact. 

What I value most about my work is the opportunity to create connections and positively influence career journeys. Recruiting is about more than filling positions, it’s about understanding people, recognizing potential, and helping individuals find opportunities where they can grow and succeed. Being part of an organization committed to excellence, collaboration, and supporting both patients and team members makes this work especially rewarding. 

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and exploring new cuisines, as I’m always looking for opportunities to experience different cultures and perspectives. I’ve also recently developed a passion for fitness and skating, both of which have become enjoyable ways to stay active, challenge myself, and maintain balance.
