About me

I’m proud to recruit nurses for Henry Ford Genesys Hospital in Grand Blanc. One of the things I enjoy most about my job is getting to know nurses—not just what’s on their resume, but what they’re looking for in their next opportunity and what matters most to them in their career.

Every nurse brings their own experience, personality, and strengths, and every unit has its own culture and needs. I love bringing those two pieces together and finding the RN who will truly thrive with a particular team. Whether I’m working with a new graduate starting their nursing career or an experienced RN ready for a change, I want candidates to feel comfortable asking questions and being open about what they’re looking for.

For me, the most rewarding part of recruiting is hearing that someone is happy in their new role and knowing I helped make that connection. When a nurse finds a team where they can grow and contribute, and a hiring manager gains someone who complements their team, that’s a pretty great day in recruiting.
