About me

I support Nurse Recruitment at Henry Ford Providence Novi Hospital. These roles include all Nursing Units as well as Surgical Services, RN roles.

Ive been in HR for 22 years, all in Health Care. Recruitment has been my passion for the last 12 years. The culture and personal connections with Henry Ford Health are what motivates me.

I love helping nurses connect with a hiring leader who makes a connection with them. Working for a great leader is so important, so I enjoy helping find the right fit for the candidates and the hiring leaders. My true joy is offering New Grads their very first job as an RN – and when they call to tell me, they passed their Nursing boards! It makes me so proud and happy for them!

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three daughters. They keep us busy with all their activities!
