About me

I’m Sara Raad, a Michigan-based CRNA recruiter with over five years of recruiting experience and more than a decade in healthcare. I’m passionate about building meaningful relationships and helping CRNAs find opportunities where they feel valued, supported, and fulfilled in their careers. What inspires me most about recruiting for Henry Ford Health is the opportunity to connect incredible providers with a mission-driven organization focused on compassionate, innovative patient care. My appreciation for CRNAs grew even deeper after spending a day shadowing CRNAs firsthand and seeing the skill, dedication, and impact they bring to patients every day.

Outside of work, I’m also a published poetry author and enjoy creative writing as a way to connect and inspire others.
