As a Recruiter at Henry Ford Health, I partner with our ambulatory sites to recruit talented healthcare professionals across a variety of roles, including Medical Assistants, Paramedics, Endoscopy Technicians, Hearing Technicians, Medical Secretaries, Unit Secretaries, and other administrative and clinical support positions.

I believe that open communication and building genuine relationships with candidates are key to a successful hiring experience. My goal is to connect with individuals who are passionate about healthcare and support them throughout every step of the hiring journey—from our first conversation until they become part of the Henry Ford Health team.

One of my favorite parts of my role is getting to know each candidate and learning what matters most to them. I strive to make the hiring process welcoming, transparent, and as seamless as possible while helping candidates find opportunities where they can grow and make a meaningful impact.
