I have been with Henry Ford Health for the past five years, recruiting for a wide range of support positions across multiple locations. Currently, I recruit Case Managers in Detroit, as well as support roles at Genesys in Grand Blanc, including Nurse Assistants and Administrative roles.

Prior to joining Henry Ford Health, I spent four years as a recruiter and six years in higher education as a Career Services Advisor, helping individuals identify career opportunities and achieve their professional goals.

In addition to recruiting, I support our Return-to-Work Program, which helps current team members transition back into the workforce following a medical leave. It is one of the many ways Henry Ford Health demonstrates its commitment to caring for and supporting our team members throughout every stage of their journey.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is connecting with candidates, learning about their goals, and helping them find a position where they can thrive within our organization. I strive to be a trusted resource throughout the hiring process—answering questions, providing guidance, and ensuring candidates feel supported every step of the way.
